What We Provide
Three arrangements, shaped around real needs
From a few hours of morning support to continuous round-the-clock coverage — stillponenyn has an arrangement that fits where your family actually is.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we approach in-home care
Good home care doesn't follow a script. It follows a person. Before any arrangement begins, we take time to understand the elder's daily patterns, communication preferences, and the specific ways they prefer to receive help.
This information shapes how we select a helper, how we structure the first few visits, and how we adjust over time. The goal is an arrangement that feels like a natural part of the household — not an intervention from outside.
Every helper we place has completed our onboarding programme and is supported by a named coordinator. Families have a clear point of contact and can raise concerns or request adjustments at any time.
Family consultation
We speak with the family to understand the elder's situation, preferences, and daily life before suggesting an arrangement.
Helper selection
A helper is chosen based on compatibility — language, pace, personality — not just schedule availability.
Introduction & trial period
The first two weeks are treated as an adjustment phase. Feedback is collected and changes made if needed.
Ongoing review
Regular check-ins ensure the arrangement stays well-fitted as circumstances evolve over time.
Solution 01
Daytime Companionship
A gentle presence during waking hours for an elderly family member who is largely independent but benefits from having someone nearby. This arrangement covers morning routines, meals, light physical activity, and social interaction — adapted to the individual's own preferences and pace. Visits can be scheduled for mornings, afternoons, or the full day.
- Morning and personal routine assistance
- Shared meal companionship
- Light activity and conversation
- Half-day (4h) or full-day (8h) scheduling
- Post-visit summary to family
Solution 02
Errand & Outing Assistance
Practical accompaniment for seniors who need support getting around outside the home. A trained helper handles the logistics of outings — whether for a medical appointment, pharmacy visit, market run, or a simple walk in a local park. Each outing is planned in advance with the family, and observations from the day are shared afterward.
- Medical appointment and pharmacy escort
- Safe transportation coordination
- Physical steadying support throughout
- Advance outing planning with family
- Post-outing family notification
Solution 03
Round-the-Clock Home Support
Continuous care for elderly individuals whose needs require someone available at all hours. Personal care, meal preparation, nighttime supervision, medication schedule management, and household maintenance are all covered. A rotating team of trained helpers ensures uninterrupted coverage, with one primary caregiver providing relationship continuity throughout.
- 24-hour aide coverage, 7 days a week
- Designated primary caregiver
- Personal care and meal preparation
- Nighttime monitoring and safety
- Regular structured family updates
